HIFI NG AUDIO LTD accepts payments in Naira transferred to our accounts:

HIFI NG AUDIO LTD accepts Foreign Currency (USD, EUR) Payments made in cash or via offshore bank transfer. If you prefer this method of payment, contact us, and you may be eligible for an additional discount.
Payment and pricing policy
HIFI NG AUDIO LTD, as a part of an international body, offers products at predetermined and fixed prices.
Due to an unstable macroeconomic environment and general cost increase, the prices are subjected to frequent changes, and their validity period is limited.
HIFI NG AUDIO LTD accepts only full payments in advance.
The minimum order value is N2,000,000.
For orders with a value of N25,000,000 and above HIFI NG AUDIO LTD can provide an Advance Payment Guarantee (APG), if required by the Customer.
VAT
All orders are subjected to VAT. After the transaction is finalized, the final invoice in the name of the Customer is issued.
Delivery
Delivery Procedure
All products are imported to Nigeria upon order.
Delivery time varies depending on whether the goods are available in our warehouse in Poland or must be transported from the Manufacturer;
All the goods are shipped to Nigeria by air;
Upon receipt in our warehouse in Nigeria, the goods will be delivered to the Customer via one of the Delivery Methods;
Delivery Methods
Delivery within Lagos metropolitan area – free delivery
Using this method HIFI NG AUDIO LTD will organize and ensure the safe delivery of the goods to the Customer located within the Lagos metropolitan area, using Company’s transport or logistics company, free of charge.
Delivery within Lagos metropolitan area with the installation of the system and basic set of accessories
Using this method HIFI NG AUDIO LTD will organize and ensure the safe delivery of the goods to the Customer located within the Lagos metropolitan area, using Company’s transport, with additional services. The additional services included in this method are:
– Provision of a set of complementary equipment and accessories:
HDMI Cable in-akustik
Speaker Cable in-akustik with professionally soldered
Speaker Plugs Melodika
Power Cable Taga Harmony
Power Filter Taga Harmony
UPS APC with AVR
– Installation and commissioning of the equipment performed by HIFI NG AUDIO LTD specialist.
The cost of this service is N250,000.
Delivery outside Lagos metropolitan area – via courier
HIFI NG AUDIO LTD will deliver the goods using logistics services provided by GIG Logistics (limited area of service applies), but this service can be arranged with any provider at the choice, cost, and risk of the Customer.
Returns Policy
Due to the complex and costly logistics process associated with the execution of the orders, returns are not accepted.
Warranty
Manufacturer’s Warranty
All the products are covered by the Manufacturers’ Warranty schemes, which are carried out within the EU. HIFI NG AUDIO LTD will assist the Customer with the required procedure.
Retailer Warranty
For all the systems installed and commissioned by HIFI NG AUDIO LTD, an additional Retailer Warranty period of 90 days valid in Nigeria is provided. During the Retailer Warranty period, HIFI NG AUDIO LTD will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product, that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
For goods located within Lagos Delivery Area, the Retailer Warranty requests are carried out on-site.
Goods located outside Lagos Delivery Area have to be delivered to HIFI NG AUDIO LTD workshop in Lagos at Customer’s expense.
Warranty does not cover damages of a product resulting from negligence, physical damages, or damages resulting from power surges, voltage fluctuations, or failures.
After-sales service support
HIFI NG AUDIO LTD provides full after-sales service support.
